Shipping Policy
Order Processing Times
We strive to process and send out all orders within 1-3 business days. If there are any delays, we will notify you promptly.
Additional Shipping Fee
- Orders below the minimum purchase amount or address is not in US Mainland may incur additional shipping/delivery fees.
- Please note that for heavy or large-sized shipments, an extra fee might be necessary upon order fulfillment.
- If a shipment is refused and returned to us, we may need to charge a reshipment fee.
Note: Please ensure your delivery address is complete, including your unit number. Incomplete addresses may cause delays or returns. We recommend providing a receiver name that matches your ID. Packages might be delivered to a locker, community mailbox, or concierge.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours once the carrier receives the package, but it may take longer during holidays.
Package Damages or Lost
We take every possible safety measure to prevent product damage. However, if your package is damaged during transit or due to a manufacturing defect, please email us at contact.us@whylooksgood.com within TWO business days of receiving the package. Include:
- A photograph of the item/package and close-up shots of the defective part.
- Your order number.
Please note, we do not cover theft loss. If you cannot find your package, please contact the carrier for assistance, as they may offer compensation if they are responsible.
Pre-Order Products
If you purchase in-stock and pre-order products simultaneously, in-stock items will be shipped first, and pre-order items will be shipped separately. Arrival times vary depending on the brand. All pre-order items are scheduled to ship 3-4 weeks after purchase. If there are significant delays, we will notify you via email.
Pre-order items are ordered after payment is confirmed. Inventory status is constantly changing, and manufacturers may discontinue production without notice. In such cases, we may not be able to secure stock and will need to cancel your order. We will contact you to process your refund, so please provide an email address for communication. If we are unable to reach you for more than two weeks, the order will be automatically canceled.
Ordering a Wrong Item?
No worries! If you ordered the wrong size or color, simply cancel the order and replace it within 24 hours. Since all orders will be packaged within 24 hours, changes cannot be made after this time.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We currently ship orders to the US and Canada. Orders to Canada are usually duty-free; however, in rare cases where duty charges apply, you can contact us with proof, and we are willing to refund the duty charge. Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes, and we have no control over their removal or destruction.
